This event is specialized for those who wish to learn more about flat water kayaking.

We will go over the basics of watercraft entry/exit, kayaking safety and paddling techniques.

The park will provide kayaks, paddles, and life jackets. You are welcome to bring your own gear as well.

We will cover a portion of the class on dry land and then spend roughly an hour and a half on the water.
